Do I need architectural designs before contacting you?
You can begin the conversation with us at any point in your building journey, in fact, it is ideal if we are in connection with your architect during the design process.
I am considering a Knockdown Rebuild, do you organise the demolition?
Yes, we will organise the demolition of your current home, and then begin the building process from there.
We want to renovate our old house, however there are issues, will this be a problem?
We will need to assess your home before quoting so that we can foresee, the best we can, any issues that may arise throughout the build so that we can factor this into the cost.

What if I am using a building designer, not an architect?
As long as you have sound designs that you are happy with, we will consider your project.
Do my plans needs to be DA approved before contacting you?
You can contact us at any stage of the build journey. We can not promise that we are able to take on your project, however if we can not, we will notify you at the earliest stage possible. Alternatively, we can plan your job into our annual schedule and begin once your plans have been approved.
Do you design and build?
We build your home, and we leave the design to your architect. If you are struggling to find an architect, we can highly recommend architects that we work with often.
